Peter's apartment is very beautiful and well located, great for those who want to spend a lot of time at the beach! The shower has good pressure and the water is very hot, even if it's not the most needed for the summer haha The kitchen, even if lean, served very well for what I needed, I was able to cook every day, great for saving money. Near the building there are several restaurants, bars and other things, as well as a good supermarket. Maybe the only bad thing, but it's not the apartment itself, it's the fact that in and out of the building, it is necessary for the doorman to open an electronic gate that only he has control over, sometimes I ended up not being able to leave or enter the building because there was no one to open it, but again this is not a problem of the apartment itself.

My stay was perfect! The photos are exactly the same as the apartment. Everything was impeccable, Daniel and Márcia were very helpful with me and my friends. We need to change some issues of the stay and she promptly answered me quietly and resolutely. Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is located in an excellent area, close to the beach and with easy access to pharmacy, market, restaurants and everything we needed. The 24h gatehouse was a great differential, as it brought us a lot of security both on arrival and on departure. The apartment is cozy, super clean, with towels and bedding smells, all very well taken care of. A place that really made us feel right at home! The host was extremely polite, accessible, and attentive at all times — something increasingly rare to find. Without a doubt, we will be back for sure! 💙

This is a must!!! 2000% recommended. Brand new apartment, lots of amenities, great shopping in the surroundings, and at a walking distance if you take left go to Copacabana, and if you walk right, gorgeous Ipanema awaits you. Metro station at 1 block distance, Mércia has a piece of heaven in Rio.

The stay at Wellington's house was only one day, but we definitely want to go back, the experience was great! The space is exactly as advertised, the rooms have a great size and beds available to receive 6 people, it left everything tidy for us, super clean and the street is super quiet, although it is close to Maria Fumo, it does not disturb anything. We went to two couples, one adult and one child, who slept all night, and so did we. The mattresses and pillows are great, it was cold and the host provided warm covers, towels, and even a cachaça to warm rs. In addition to being extremely helpful and flexible with us at checkin and checkout. We love it so much and thank you for your attention and hosting.

Spacious apartment, very well located, being able to walk to Praia dos Anjos (800m), Praia do Forno and Praia Grande (1.2km). The communication with Rosania was excellent, she took care to call me 2 days before to know if I had any questions and passed check-in instructions with more details. The one who welcomed us was Débora, who was also very attentive and responded to messages promptly. I recommend it.

We stayed in an apartment located in a quiet area, with concierge, swimming pool, gym and well organized and clean spaces. The location allowed us to explore other areas of Rio outside the typical, such as Barra de Tijuca, Grumari and Recreio, with beautiful, quieter and charming beaches ( we use uber) . There is public transport and locomotion options that make it easy to reach different points of interest, plus a supermarket a few blocks away with everything you need. The apartment is modern, comfortable, with air conditioning, electric grill and all the implements for a comfortable stay. Everything is spotless and just as described. A detail that I valued a lot is that the building has an option to recycle, which makes it easy to separate the waste from the same apartment. The communication with the host was always quick and friendly. I would definitely go back if I decide to go back to Rio, especially to this less saturated area than the classics like Copacabana.
