In the apartment there are some private things, like clothes. Own creators for guests are labeled. Boat trip can also be rented via host. This has to be talked about beforehand

Åmøy is also a good starting point if you want to visit famous places such as Utstein Kloster, Prekestolen, Sola beaches, Ørnhaug visiting farm or Kongeparken.

In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.
