Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

Welcome to our newly purchased boathouse on idyllic Vassøy – a small and quiet island just a short boat ride from Stavanger city center. Here you literally live by the sea, surrounded by beautiful nature and with access to the beach, hiking trails and local shop. We have recently taken over this boathouse and are looking forward to sharing it with our first guests. The place is perfect for couples, small families or friends who want a quiet break from everyday life – with sea air, simple comfort and proximity to nature.

Den har klimaanlegg, Queen-size seng, komfortable stoler og kjøkkenkrok. I nærområdet er det mange flotte turstier, og mulighet til å kjøpe lokale produkter rett fra bonden. Vi tilbyr også leie av Sauna og Jacuzzi (hele året). Utforsk den vakre naturen eller finn en flott badeplass! Nyt en uforglemmelig opplevelse i dette romantiske bostedet.

Lovely one level holiday home, nicely located in the terrain, short distance to the sea. Amazing views and sunny conditions from morning to sunset. Located in a quiet area, only 30m from parking. (20min by car to Pulpitrock hike start) Folding door at the front and two large sliding doors give the option to open up to nature outside. Fishing and bathing opportunities only 120m from the cabin. Wood-burning stove inside and outdoor wood fireplace. All bedrooms have light-proof sun shading.

It's only one hour drive from Stavanger and the airport. 10 min walk to public beach. All on one level, 150m2. Large private parking. Jacuzzi and big terrasse.
