Located in the beating heart of the university city of Rende. University can be reached on foot (1500 meters away) as well as by public transport. A 5-minute walk to the train station, 2 minutes to the bus stops and 500 meters to the Cosenza Nord highway junction. The apartment is located on the main street of the university nightlife in an area full of bars, shops, pubs, restaurants for all tastes and supermarkets. Post office behind the house.

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is in common, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
