Only 100 meters to the shared children's and adult pool (open mid-June to late August). 50 meters as the crow flies to Guldborgsund, and about 250 meters to a small beach, where there is also a jetty. Only 8 minutes from the highway, so very centrally located in relation to Lolland, Falster, Møn and Zealand, where lots of sights are within 1 hour's reach. The house has fibernet, TV, and all the necessary services and appliances to have a comfortable vacation.

Under the house there is a natural bathing lake with associated sauna so it is possible to swim in the winter with a subsequent sauna.
