Lovely apt (2 rooms) in the 19. century house located on the garden level (semi-basement). Ideal for a SHORT stay of up to 5 persons. Families with kids are welcome. PROS: vibrant & non-touristic location + bedlinen & towels + hairdryer + stable WiFi + cooking facilities + cool air in summer + public transport to downtown + parking (7€/day) + check-in at night is possible + babybed (if needed) CONTRAS: located below ground level - no door between rooms - no washing machine - no a/c - expensive

Unser ungewöhnliches Apartment im schönen Berliner Bezirk Steglitz liegt in einer ruhigen, baumbestandenen Nebenstraße (Sackgasse). Das Haus wurde komplett modernisiert und saniert, wobei der Studiocharakter des ehemaligen Architekturbüros erhalten blieb. Our unique apartment is located in the beautiful district Steglitz in a quiet, tree-lined side street (dead end). The houses has been completely modernized and refurbished, preserving the studio character of the former architectural office.

Situated on the fifth floor, this airy and light-flooded one-room apartment offers everything you might need for your stay like a freshly renovated kitchen and bathroom and an excellent public transport connection. The apartment has one double bed and two single beds. On request, there's a foldable baby bed available. Please be aware, that there is no elevator in the building. Hello! My name is Ronald and I am a “true Berliner”, born and raised in this city. In my flat in Berlin (Steglitz) up to 3 people can stay. There is a small kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. Balcony with a view over Berlin. It is close to “Rathaus Steglitz” (a big crossing with subway and train station). Steglitz is not really a „hip“ area but it has wonderful parks and hidden gems. The building is 100 years old. From Rathaus Steglitz you can reach any part of Berlin pretty quickly.
