Do you dream of endless walks on the natural beach of the Flensburger Fjord? Would you like to relax and enjoy your coffee or a good book on your own terrace in the countryside and just let your mind wander? Then you've come to the right place. Langballig is a small village with about 1400 inhabitants on the Flensburg Fjord. Everything you need for daily life can be found within walking distance of 5-10 minutes (including supermarket, pharmacy, ATMs, bakery, tourist information).

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Cozy comfortable wooden hut invites you to relax after a bike tour in beautiful nature on the Schlei. The Viking bike path goes right past the property. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and TV, in the bathroom there is an ecological toilet and a sink with hot water, to be used with ecological products. There is a solar shower outside. The barn is directly surrounded by fields and meadows, has a large loft-like living, sleeping and dining area with a large terrace facing the garden and the natural swimming pond. A 2-person bedroom, adjacent to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, allows a total of 4 people to stay. Starting from the hallway, the spacious sauna area including shower room and toilet opens up. A window door allows direct exit to the outside area from there.

Enjoy our apartment "Lille" in the beautiful north of Germany, a stone's throw from Denmark. The apartment was completed in March 2024. On about 30 square meters, you can spend a hygge and cozy vacation here and just unwind. The beautiful garden invites you to relax. The 1000 meters to the nearest beach make it easy to enjoy a quick dip in the cool water.
