Historical Water Tower Montabaur

Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. Diez apartment 50 sqm Lahntal with city view

Very nice bright 2-room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. You will stay on 50 square meters in the attic directly on the Lahn hiking trail. You overlook the city of Diez. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach the shopping center, bakery, butcher, etc. 10 minutes from the Diez inner and old town and the Lahn. Limburg is 10 - 15 minutes away. There is a cathedral and also a historic old town.

An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.
