Due to the adjacent train route, you have an ideal connection (walk: 3 min) to DA, Ffm & Umland. City center by car around 7 km Relaxed outdoor seating is available.

Nice little apartment in the Martinsviertel!

The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.

This well-maintained and spacious 2-3 room apartment, located in the north of Darmstadt, is situated on a quiet side street and offers good bus and train connections. Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, gyms, and supermarkets, as well as several green spaces and parks, are in the immediate vicinity. The three rooms and kitchen are furnished and fully equipped. A washing machine and dryer in the basement can be used for a fee. Pets are also welcome.

The apartment is in a quite residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transport (RMV). In our street (about 3 minutes walk) the bus is every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached after about 10 minutes, which runs every 15 minutes. The Darmstadt MAIN STATION is less than 2.5 km away. Also the connection to the motorway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

Nevertheless, quiet location in Weiterstadt-Kernstadt. Nearby recreational areas Odenwald, Taunus and Spessart are easily accessible. Direct public transport connection to Darmstadt and by train to Aschaffenburg and Mainz.

it's a really cosy, luminous apartment. The neighborhood is quiet. There is also a sauna in the apartment, which is for private use only for our guests. You will find some supplies for breakfast. It's a very comfortable place to stay for those who want to be near Frankfurt international airport as well as the city center of Frankfurt which is 15-20 minutes away by car.
