Cozy and quiet studio in the city centre

Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.

There is a private area of 2000 m2, completely fenced and also equipped to welcome your animal friends (see list of facilities for welcoming animals). The house is cleaned and sterilized with each change of guest.
