Cozy cottage on southern Tjörn

Welcome to this cozy cottage of about 50 m2, with a private location next to a Nature Reserve, a few km from Rönnängs Brygga on southernmost Tjörn! The cottage is furnished with living room/kitchen and two separate bedrooms – one double bed in one and single bed + bunk bed in the other room + sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchen there is a dining area and various kitchen equipment, however, the water is not drinkable. The toilet has incineration and shower. In the living room there is TV and exit to spacious terrace. The house was renovated outside during spring 2020.

Private house on a small island. Country life, hiking, swimming, fishing.

The house and the environment are particularly suitable for families with children. Rural and quiet location (the rooster may be heard), no traffic, large lawn. Blackberries, blueberries, cherries, climbing trees, exciting mountains. Sandbox, football goal, tree swings and trampoline. Deck with barbecue grill. Separate fire pit for open fire. Short walk to jetties, child-friendly beach and crab fishing. Hiking trails pass the house. Close to Bohuslän's best destinations. Fast WiFi, 5G. Sheep, chickens and rabbits, 2 kayaks to borrow. We live in the neighboring house itself.

Relax with the whole family in this modern holiday home! Quiet and peaceful location, with large garden. Who knows, maybe some jumps on the trampoline. 2 bedrooms, large sleeping loft, fully equipped kitchen. Living room with sofa bed & PlayStation 2. Good location! About 700 meters to a child-friendly sandy beach, 1.5 km to Vindöns camping, less than 10 km to Slussen's boarding house and Hafsten's resort. If you want to shop, it is only 15 km to Torp Shopping Center and to Göksäter's department store. Interested in mushroom & berry picking? Large selection.

Enjoy the quietness of this cozy newly renovated cottage in a scenic area with both sea and forest nearby. The cottage has a bedroom with 2 beds, toilet with shower, fully equipped kitchen/living room with sofa bed for 1-2 people and TV with the most common TV channels. Balcony to the west with wonderful evening sun. Garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The nearest swimming area is 10-20 minutes by car, or 30 minutes on foot. Distance to the main town of Skärhamn is 9 km and about 65 km to Gothenburg.

The second bedroom has a bed that's 120 cm wide, perfect for two children. Plus, there's access to a small beach nearby. Stay connected with fast fiber internet.
