Large villa 150m from sea & cliffs, with pool & gym

Stay on the west coast in a large, homely house - a stone's throw from the sea and cliffs! Now even with a pool! With 10 beds, large areas inside & outside, the large company can be accommodated. Take a morning swim in the ocean, read a book in a hammock chair on the large deck, have dinner on the glassed-in porch & finish with a magical sunset, only 300 m away. A well-equipped gym is available for the workout sucked. The garden is child-friendly with trampoline, swings, rushcans, sandbox, etc. Stenungsund, Orust & Tjörn are close to excursions!

Charming cottage with pool access, close to the sea

Lovely little cottage, with sleeping loft 140cm bed, sofa bed living room. Kitchen with all facilities. Shower and toilet facilities. Washing machine Private patio at the small cottage. Access to heated swimming pool. On the pool deck there is a pergola with a dining area and barbeque. The garden is Mediterranean inspired, but include an olive tree 250 years old outside the door. Stenungsund centrum can be reached by car in about 7min, there are good restaurants and shopping. A 10-minute walk to saltwater swimming. Welcome to Casa Holm

Own house with sea view in the east and forest in the west. Large garden with crops, grass area and patios in all directions. Kitchen on the terrace in the southeast. 4 bedrooms and a sleeping alcove. Three bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom two single beds, and the sleeping alcove a single bed. Large kitchen with 2 ovens, 6 plates, kitchen island and large pantry. A bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub and a small toilet. Upstairs there is a living area with sofa, TV and room for play. Access to laundry room, as well as carport.

Luxury villa with pool close to the sea

Amazing house for those who want that little something little something extra! Pool area, gym, hot tub, sauna and a lovely garden to rest your eyes on. The pool is accessible and heated to at least 28 degrees between May until September. Close to shop, clothing store, Pizzeria, sushi, Thai and hamburger restaurant as well as 600m to the train and bus station but above all the sea. The nearest town is Stenungsund 10 minutes by car. Good transport links to both Gothenburg and Uddevalla by train or bus. 30 minutes by car to Gothenburg.

Bright and nice apartment on lovely Dyrön

Experience Bohuslänsk idyll in this spacious accommodation, centrally located on the island of the converted school. On the car-free island it is close to wonderful beach and cliff baths, wonderful views from Grinneberget, lovely hiking trails, two good restaurants as well as training opportunities on football and tennis court. A well-stocked grocery store is available which is open daily. The apartment is 54 sqm and is located on the second floor. It is light, fresh and cozy with high ceilings, associated patio is available.

Close to the sea, house with spa

A home for those looking for peace and quiet. Our house located right by the sea. This means that you have a fantastic view from all rooms except the TV room. A large balcony in front of the house provides sun during the day. Next to the balcony is a hot tub. The beach is perfect for those who want to paddle and for kids as it is shallow. Utegym is available for rent close by. A couple of hundred meters away is a harbor. At Orust, there are exciting excursions. Tätorten Svanesund with grocery store and pizzeria is about 2 km away.

Our island house in the forest

Our home has space, open plan with room for community and with big windows you are embraced by a lush garden. Patios with sun all day. It also includes electric car charging, trampoline, sandbox and lots of blackberries. The house is in a forested area, a stone's throw from fine hikes and close to saltwater swimming. Tjörn's best sourdough bakery can be reached via a 20 minute walk. And if you walk another 10 minutes you will reach the archipelago idyll on the small picturesque island of Klädesholmen.

Bright and fresh accommodation on a charming farm, built in 1886, near Skärhamn. Apartment with large windows in three directions and 3 meters in ceiling height.
