The spacious terrace invites you to linger and take a deep breath. A modern grill station is also available from spring to autumn. Take your cozy bathrobe and relax after an eventful day in the soothing infrared cabin and enjoy the warmth of the steam shower with the integrated light therapy. Renovated in 2017 and 2025, the holiday apartment is fully equipped; 56 m². From the flat, garden and balcony, you have a 360° panoramic view of the mountains and forests. At the Pyhrn Hospital, just 3 km away, you will find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. A private storage room, playground, brick barbecue, garden furniture and a 11kW Wallbox are available. We will provide you with the Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard free of charge (valid from the beginning of May to the end of October).

Guest room near Christkindl (not an apartment)

The entrance is by the carport, up the steps, where the white Tesla is parked – not the front door by the car park, but number 9/2, Atzlinger Jun. The room is on the upper floor on the right, opposite the bathroom. This is ONE room located in a shared apartment building. You can also use the kitchen and the outdoor pool. Our house is located in the middle of the countryside in a small settlement. The center of Steyr is about 3 km away. The church of Christkindl is very close.

Romantic hut

This original troad box is actually 300 years old and has been lovingly converted into a romantic hut in a dream location in the Kalkalpen National Park. Here up to 4 people can enjoy the quiet country life. The former granary is modernly equipped with a heated hot tub on the terrace and a cozy fireplace. At the adjacent Heurigen, there are regional specialties. Hiking and mountain biking at your doorstep, ski and spa areas can be reached in less than half an hour by car.

This modern holiday apartment is fully equipped and measures 84 m². From the garden and terrace, you can enjoy a 360° panoramic view of the region's mountains and forests.
