Ap is close to sea, great beaches, surrounding islands - pag, rab, historical ruinings.You’ll love my place because of the view of the sea from the whole apartment especially from the huge balcony. There are a lots of beaches you can reach in minute or two.The apartment is in the brand new building just few meters from beaches but also has shared(with 2 more apartments) swimming pool, sundeck,fireplace.Brand new interior design by famous arhitect.Apartment with gallery floor and roof windows.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
