The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Two modernly furnished rooms in an architect's house for up to two guests in rural Walzenhausen with separate entrance and an ensuite bathroom. The view over Lake Constance and the ambience make a relaxing stay possible. A kitchenette is available with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a kettle. The village offers untouched nature, countless cycling and hiking trails and is ideal for families, recreation seekers and nature lovers. Lindau/Lake Constance, Wangen/Allgäu, Lindenberg are approx. 12 km away. Bregenz (festival!) can be reached in approx. 15 km. The sunny room is a bedroom / living room with a king-size bed for two people and a single bed. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi on request and SAT-TV. It has a kitchenette and a writing desk.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in the summer. A baby cot (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

The bright 2.5 room apartment has been newly renovated and lovingly furnished in an ethno-retro style. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed with mattress (140•200). On the shelf you will find many German, English and Turkish books and games that serve as entertainment. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom and bathroom, there is a spacious balcony with balcony furniture and partial mountain views.

You are living in a very charming residence with blending refined elements of the past with stylish and modern features. The building is situated right in the old town on the island of Lindau. Very calm due to location on the backyard side, museums, market place, churches, shops and restaurants are just around the corner. The port and the train station is only at 3 minutes walk.

Tiny loft on the Argen

This special accommodation is located directly on the river and directly at the entrance to the historic old town. Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The accommodation is not large, but a perfect base if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis near Lake Constance between Wangen and Lindau. By car, you can reach the beautiful, medieval town of Wangen in 10 minutes and by bike on idyllic bike paths in 30 minutes. Start directly from the house on the Bodensee-Königsseeradweg and you can reach Lindau in about 40 minutes by bike.
