Huset ligger avskilt på sjötomt på ön Tranholmen - en bilfri idyll som skiljs med ett smalt sund från Norra Djurgården och Stocksund. Ön nås med färja (8 min) från Ropsten där tunnelbanan går. Vintertid gångbro till ön.

Sjöstuga 10 meter från havet vid Stockholms inlopp

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.

Welcome to our house with large terrace in south and sea view. The house of about 65 sqm is located on Tynningö, an island near Stockholm. The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Stugan ligger nära huvudbyggnaden och har egen balkong med sjöutsikt. Vackra omgivningar och nära till sjön med badplats ca 100 m . På gården finns hund och under sommartid får.
