Apartment 50 sqm, 1.5 rooms and kitchen as well as private patio and garden. Renovated in the old style. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa. Here you can discover Stockholm and at the same time live in a leafy area with a swimming area just 300 m from the house and hiking trails in the forest next door. Free parking or bus + commuter train or bus + subway. (30-45 min journey by public transport to City.) You clean yourself and bring your own sheets and towels. Available to borrow and you wash after you. Please note that there is no TV.

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

The sofa bed in the kitchen cum living room can be converted into a floor level mattress . Fully equipped kitchen has induction stove, oven, mini fridge, kettle and toaster.

A well-equipped apartment on the ground floor of a villa, private entrance and patio. Free parking. Close to subway and bus, 10 minutes to cozy local center, 10 minutes subway to central Stockholm. Kitchen with dishwasher. In the bedroom, a double bed and a sofa bed that is made into a 1.20 bed. Very quiet area, close to both swimming, shopping, cozy cafes. 15-minute walk to a nice swimming jetty. Children are welcome to use the trampoline.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
