Named Denmark's Lovely Summerhouse 2014

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the frame for a truly wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Den gamle skole.

The house is an old school from 1903 and is located in the middle of a small village. From the house there is the most beautiful view over fields and forest and a lot of amazing nature experiences. The house is spacious on 2 floors. The old school rooms with huge windows, form the setting for a kitchen-living room and a large living room with stunning views. Both rooms have access to the garden and there are several options for eating outside. The first floor has 4 bedrooms. On repos is a TV room, table and a toilet.

The house is located on the main road and 5 minutes from the highway to Copenhagen (30 minutes) and Copenhagen airport (35 minutes). Large terrace and close to the beautiful large forest called Åsen. Køge is a very cozy city with lots of local shops downtown and a shopping mall with High Street brands. Only 10 minutes to the beach and marina by bike or car.

Shielded from any disturbances, the peaceful cottage lies close to the forest and has many opportunities for recreation such as kayak, mountainbike, fishing and kite surfing. 10 minutes from indoor water park. Perfect house for when you are many, but still cozy and intimate for when you are few.

The house is from 2015 and part of an association of terraced houses with a child-friendly environment. On 118sqm over 3 levels you find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and a specious kitchen with sofa. The outdoor area includes a balcony and a backyard with outdoor furniture. A perfect house to relax with the family. The house is in two floors. ground floor consist of a big kitchen and dinning area. A library and toilet. Access to the garden and a big wooden terrasse. The 1. floor consist of one master bedroom, two other bedrooms and a living room. Toilet with bath and access to a big balcony. There is access to pool area 100 meters away on the nearby camping spot, play grounds, animals and the house is located only 700 meters from the water.
