There is also a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden and a terrace with a gas barbecue. Towels are provided, the beds are made – all that's missing is the guest. There are free parking spaces right by the house and in the adjoining courtyard. The beach, Darßwald and the town centre are easily accessible.

A guest toilet is on the first floor. The entire house is equipped to a high standard and has two satellite TVs. The upper floor offers sea views.

Very close to the house, the bike path runs towards Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.
