Welcome to the newly furnished apartment on the ground floor. Here you can make yourself comfortable with up to 4 people. The ground floor apartment with terrace is oriented to the west and north with views of the surrounding fields. The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the rear part of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approx. 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cosy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

Located directly on the Weser and thus an unrestricted view of the water and the busy shipping traffic. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathtub and one with two single beds. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom. The cozy underfloor heating or the cooling air conditioning are just two of the many amenities. The large living and dining area is flooded with light and has two outdoor areas. The view of the Weser is simply unique.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
