Great house with beachfront, jacuzzi, kayak, SUP

Welcome to a large and newly renovated house of high standard on sea property. Private beach in the garden, with the possibility to use the jacuzzi, kayaks, fire pit, barbecue, pizza oven and more. Enjoy a lovely sea view from the house's large windows. You can lie in the bathtub and look out over the horizon, and have your morning coffee in bed while watching the waves hit the swamp in the garden. It takes 5-7 minutes to drive to Pulpit Rock Camp, 5 minutes to the center of Jørpeland and 30 minutes to Stavanger city center.

Modern cottage close to the sea. Close to Pulpit Rock

Modern cottage built in 2021 with high standard close to the sea with jetty and sandy beach just below. There is also a great bathing water and beautiful walks within walking distance of the cabin. Pulpit Rock is only a 20 min drive. In addition, there are several other mountain hikes nearby. The place is perfect for lazy summer days with swimming, fishing or walks in the area around Lysefjorden. The cabin has a barbecue and outdoor kitchen. In addition, there are outdoor areas for badminton and croquet with a fantastic view.

New apartment near Pulpit Rock

In this place your family can stay near Stavanger. Perfect starting point for a trip to the Pulpit Rock, Kjerag, and Lysefjorden. Only 25 minutes drive to Stavanger and 8 minutes drive to Preikestolen parking. To Jørpeland city center it is walking distance. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen. In the living room there are 2 sofa beds, room for 4 people. Three bedrooms with a double bed in each room. There is also a baby bed. Modern bathroom Can collect fresh eggs and cuddle with rabbits. Make memories for life by the waterfront to the Lysefjord. In from the living room it almost looks like you are on the sea. Terrace room for cold nights. Screened patio with hot tub and sea view. Right below there are small beaches to enjoy. SUP board included in price. 100 meters away is Lysefjorden Marina which has a grocery store and home bakery. Here, ryfylke adventures also start their lovely boat trips into Lysefjorden. They also have a boat rental without a skipper. 20 mint to drive to the pulpit.

Idyllic house by the lake close to Preikestolen.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

This is a fantastic property in the outer lysefjord with very good standard and practical solutions. Wake up to the waves and enjoy the day at the seaside or at the sea. This property is in a beautiful location right on the seafront with its own pier in front of the cottage. Parking just behind the cottage. The cottage is 90 m2. Well-equipped nest cabin with a shipsparket in the living room, loft room and 4 bedrooms make this a place for the whole family. Possibility to rent a boat.

We have recently (2024) renovated the basement of the house where we live ourselves and are now ready to welcome guests who want to visit this handsome city! We are a family of 5 who live upstairs, so some noise from children's feet running across the floor must be expected. In return, we can offer what is needed for a nice stay with good beds, spacious rooms and a well equipped kitchen. There is free parking in the carport and the possibility of charging an electric car.
