The sleeping and working areas are located in the upper part. There are numerous excursion options in the beautiful surroundings, such as Europapark, the Black Forest, Alsace and much more. Shared use of the garden and barbecue facilities are available. The quiet but still central location promises relaxing days. Air conditioning available if required.

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

The property has a total of 5 smart TVs, Wi-Fi, an internet radio and two free parking spaces right next to the house. The place is fully air-conditioned.
