The spacious apartment is located in an old school building with lots of charm. We were able to share the garden and sit and eat on the large terrace in the evening and enjoy the beautiful view. We were greeted very warmly, the apartment is very well equipped, and if you like old houses and old furniture, mixed with modern elements, this is the place to be.

Was in Amberg for the weekend, was personally received in a very friendly manner. Was even allowed to get into the apartment very early, where everything and amenities were more than expected. I was even allowed to use the bike there for free, which was fantastic for my paths. Great value, thank you!

The yard and apartment were exactly what we were looking for. The apartment was well equipped, nicely located and the hosts super friendly, warm and easily accessible. We immediately felt welcome. The large outdoor area with sandbox, trampoline, swing, slide, football goals, and, and, and... delighted us very much. And the icing on the cake was the animals. Our offspring could never get to the 3 cats quickly enough. There are many excursion destinations in the area, such as Waldwipfelweg, summer toboggan run, hiking trails, etc. Thank you for everyone, it was great! We will be happy to come back!

Miriam's place is very home-like--because it IS part of her home! She had moved all her stuff out of the way--clearing space in the frig for us, clearing the bathroom counter, etc. The one issue that came up was that the temperature-adjusting handle on the shower was almost impossible to turn, but I have a feeling Miriam will have this taken care of promptly. Miriam is a lovely, personable young lady; she checked in regularly with us, brought my brother the additional linens he wanted, brought in a cooling unit for the upstairs room as it was supposed to be getting warmer during our stay, etc. She made us feel very much at home, while respecting our privacy. On top of all this, her apartment is in a beautiful, peaceful, rural part of Karlsfeld, with huge fields on both sides, and several fine walks out from her front door. We were thoroughly satisfied with her place, and would definitely recommend it to others visiting in the Munich area.

The family is so kind. We couldnt get the bus and they came to pick up. The room is so refreshing and a good view from the window. Apartment is so clean and quiet with all necessary items. We would like to visit again.

The apartment has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped. Spaces are big and clean. Johann's house is quiet, from there you can walk the dog. Johann gave us a friendly welcome and said goodbye to us. We'll be back.
