Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Lower Bavaria

The spacious apartment is located in an old school building with lots of charm. We were able to share the garden and sit and eat on the large terrace in the evening and enjoy the beautiful view. We were greeted very warmly, the apartment is very well equipped, and if you like old houses and old furniture, mixed with modern elements, this is the place to be.

The family is so kind. We couldnt get the bus and they came to pick up. The room is so refreshing and a good view from the window. Apartment is so clean and quiet with all necessary items. We would like to visit again.

Very cozy apartment, it has its own small patio, two floors, all amenities needed and included secure parking. Roman is responsive and friendly host.

From the moment I booked, Renate was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The place itself was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Dear Eva, Thank you for my 2 day stay with you. Great I have to say how the check-in works, that's super easy, 24 hours possible. Parking in front of the house, where you can also leave the car without being afraid. The area is great and quiet, right on the Danube, you can also walk a great bit. And what was also great: the bus that runs every hour, 3 minutes walking from house. The day ticket can be bought in the app of the Regensburg transport clubs for €6.50 (as of April 2024), and thus driving anywhere in Zone 1 Regensburg, you only have to show when the inspector comes. And: the place is great, really everything you need! If you are looking for the heating, it's there, I walked by all the time as if I was blind. Because there was such an oven, it was really warm! Eva is very nice and outgoing. I'd love to come back :-)
