Completely independent studio

Totally independent studio, on the ground floor of my newly built house, in a small subdivision, 2 minutes from the center of MARTEL. From the courtyard, overlooking the village with the "truffadou" steam train in the foreground. Martel is a cute medieval town in the north of the lot, a dynamic village with all shops. Numerous sights close by. I live above the studio, I have 2 adorable cats and 1 dog (golden retriever) that you may come across.
