In winter, walking distance to ski trails, snowmobile trails and ice hockey rink. Rich wildlife.

Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to magical mountain world summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. A large sauna is available in the courtyard, in a separate building, and can be used for a fee. Animals are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

The surroundings are perfect for different types of leisure activities. The neighborhood has a great view of the reservoir, surrounded by very beautiful nature and rich fishing. Toilet and shower with washing machine. Dog yard with room for 3 dogs. Pets are not allowed in the residential house. Fireplace and access to free firewood.

You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.
