The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Our house is certainly ideal also for families with children. Every moment you can "jump" in the apartment directly from the pebble beach without tiring walking or driving. Just park your car in front of the house and enjoy your vacation.

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. A beautiful spacious apartment with a view of the sea from the rooftop terrace. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms sleep eight. The open floor plan in the dining/living room area is ideal for family and friend gatherings. Enjoy a cappuccino or a glass of wine on the terrace while watching the boats come in to the marina and watch the sunsets over the old town. Pets are welcome upon request and we charge a special cleaning fee .

Attic apartment with its own entrance, large balcony & hidden terrace: a unique view over the Adriatic sea. Children & pets friendly, located just 10 min walk from Piran' s city center, but up on a hill. Very quiet area to relax and enjoy. Parking place in shade is in front of the house, which is rare for Piran' s area. The view is breathtaking! Quite and green neighbourhood. Perfect stay for families.
