Monthly Rentals in Studena

We've stayed in this apartment for more than a month. Quite a long time. The place was fantastic. Very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from the balcony. Apartment is located 20 meters from bus stop with line 310 which takes you to the city center every 10 minutes. Near the apartment there is Zapaden Park (brilliant, huge green area), sauna, gym and Kaufland. You can be sure that the owners answer every single question you have and do their best to help you :) Long story short: ideal place for both short and very long stays. Can really recommend it!

Very comfortable place!

Nikolay was a great host. Met me outside the building and showed my around the apartment. Lovely place, peaceful, warm and everything I needed for my weekend. He even brought and extra heater when there was a government emergency and gas went off. Not that the flat needed it, it was still warm. There is a big supermarket nearby and even a Lidl around the corner, which was good for getting food supplies. Nikolay was really responsive and hospitable. I would highly recommend staying here. The apartment is fantastic - it's very spacious, has multiple terraces, and offers a great view. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We found everything we needed in the apartment, and there was a big grocery store just a 2-minute walk away. The check-in and check-out processes are very easy, and the host, Eli, is very helpful and always responsive. Highly recommended!
