Our accommodation is located on a south-eastern slope near a wooded area, but still close to the city (10 minutes to the city centre). You can get to the university by bus in 8 minutes! People love our accommodation because of the location, the tranquillity, the view and the atmosphere in the renovated Künstlerhaus. Our accommodation is good for solo travellers looking for peace and quiet, business travellers and couples interested in culture, but unfortunately not for children. Free parking spaces near the house. Superhost for a long time!

Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Superbly renovated one-bedroom apartment. Apartment with a separate entrance and its own sun terrace. A light-filled room with a small kitchen and a separate bathroom with natural light. Very good connections to the city centre (U1, U9). You can reach the centre of Stuttgart in about 5 minutes, while the forest and nature are only 2 "Stäffele" (steps) away from the house. The mid-height location gives you a very nice view over the city. Our house is occupied by us as a family of four.

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful duplex apartment in the semi-mountainous area of Stuttgart. It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils. Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with beach chair invites you to sunbathe with views over the city. Double beds (180 x 200, 160 x 200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.
