Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with beach chair invites you to sunbathe with views over the city. Double beds (180 x 200, 160 x 200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore unsuitable for children under 6 years of age.

You love our place because of the location, the peace, the views and the atmosphere in the freshly renovated artist house. Our place is good for traveling peace seekers, and couples, unfortunately not for kids.
