This villa has been equipped with all the comforts. He has a spacious living room and kitchen. Adjacent to the living room is one room. On the upper floor you will find large bedrooms. Air conditioning is provided. There is a village with the basic amenities 10 min away, for large purchases you can go to Velez-Malaga, 20 minutes away. You have a fantastic distance from the living room over the lake and surroundings. Is suitable for finding peace and quiet as well as exploring the area such as Granada.

This stunning villa is set in the most tranquil and private location, nestled on a hillside surrounded by olive groves with magnificent views of the beautiful Lake below. A modern detached house features a large covered terrace with a good-sized patio and a lovely private swimming pool. The open-plan ground floor features a kitchen, dining and TV area whilst upstairs there are three large en suite bedrooms with air-conditioning, two of which have a balcony. Our beautiful 800 year old restored olive mill is tucked away in a secluded and peaceful location amongst the ancient olive groves of rural Axarquia. This small and unspoilt area of Andalucia - to the north and east of Malaga - is still a well kept secret and has retained it's traditional rural character. Untouched (as yet!) by tourism, it remains predominantly agricultural. Bordered to the north and east by the rugged mountains of the high Sierras, and to the south by the Mediterranean coast.
