Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

The shops and port of Sucé-sur-Erdre are 4 minutes by car, and Nantes 25 minutes by tram. On the garden level of a Nantes house, you can relax on the terrace or by the pool. Parking and a bike shelter are available.

In the annex, a summer kitchen with the essentials (dishes, utensils, small fridge, 2 gas burners...) an outdoor shower and sink and dry toilet. This accommodation is supplied with water from a well (we will provide drinking water) and electricity. This round habitat is very cozy and warm.

In a green and peaceful setting, this 260m2 stone farmhouse will seduce you. Close to the Erdre (300 m walk), you can also have picnics on the Mazerolle plain. Perfect for bringing your family or friends together, you will enjoy the 3000 m2 of land with no neighbours, terraces, green spaces, petanque and table tennis. Rental of a 5.3 m semi-rigid boat on the Erdre for an additional fee.

La Chapelle-sur-Erdre: Studio Number 2

We welcome you in the heart of a very quiet village in the Chapelaine countryside. Attractive living space where you can prepare your meals if you wish. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., Check-out before 11am. For maximum freedom, your entrance is independent. €35 for one person's occupancy €55 for two people. Remember to select the right number of occupants! :)

Guests can enjoy the garden, terrace and garden furniture.
