On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

At "La Terrasse du Verger" (Orchard's terrace), you will find a spacious, bright and open on the outside, accommodation. In this independent flat located in our house, we prepared you an high end, functional and in the mood, atmosphere. It fits as for families with children, as for groups (sports events, friends... ) for a journey.
