Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Suchitepéquez Department

Beautiful private community. The best part of the house was the pool and garden. Well maintained. The house is nice and close to the parks- had AC but we were really only home in the evenings and didn’t need to use it much. Will probably return in the future.

My friends and I had the best time at this airbnb. We loved it so much we wanted to spend all the time here. The space was more than enough for 9 of us. This place has so many amenities we felt like we had something to do all the time, especially the lake access in the backyard. We spent most of our time swimming in the lake and jumping from the pier. Also the heated swimming pool with a gorgeous view was perfect to relax after swimming in cold lake water. Adolfo was very helpful and responsive. Very grateful for salvador, rosa and bella for making us food and getting us anything we wanted from the town. They made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. Hope to be back here soon :)

An excellent place to rest, with a spectacular view. EXPERIENCE: When arriving at the location you have to climb some steps to enter the apartment, about 45 steps in a small alley so I would not advise to take someone with mobility problems, the place is very worthwhile, there are neighborhood shops and a restaurant nearby, the apartment is super clean and tidy, it has all kinds of amenities, living room, churrasquera, fire pit, pans, stove, microwave, refrigeration, pure water, TV, clean beds, sheets, towels, sanitary ware and super clean showers, dining room, all 10/10. TRIP: I recommend traveling to Panajachel and from there looking for the location, it is about 20 minutes away, I recommend doing super in Panajachel. HOST: Great attention, always responded and was pending our arrival and departure. We will definitely be back, congratulations to the host for their attention and have the apartment impeccable, best regards.

Christian and his family were great hosts who welcomed us to their place. I had the pleasure of staying here for three nights, and I couldn't have asked for a warmer, more welcoming experience. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. My kid enjoyed spending time with their children, from playing games to hanging out at the terrace. The home was clean, cozy, and full of positive energy. It had a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, functional bathroom and we felt safe the entire time. Christian gave us a tour of the place and provided suggestions on nearby attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay that feels more like visiting family than just booking a place! :)

Nicolas is an exceptional host, beyond the warm welcome, he was a great help for the duration of our stay (with his friend Chema aka el mejor) The apartment matches the photos and the beds are so comfortable! A fully equipped kitchen and a small terrace with lake views All in all, a perfect apartment for your stay at the lake!

Beautiful House, very private and amazing for a few days in nature! Victoria and Julio were very helpful and made our stay perfect!

A well-equipped, clean apartment just one block from the main square and a 5-10 minute walk to the main beach. Communication with the host was easy the entire time. San Lucas doesn't have much tourism, but that's what makes the experience more valuable. My family stayed for a week and enjoyed the rooftop with amazing volcano views.

I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

We had a very Lovely stay my brother Jacob and I. The room and the amenities was very good. We appreciated the helpful staff and the natural views and the guests which we met. We were there for a week in early February. Many Thanks to the staff..!!

Richard was an amazing host very kind and understanding when we needed him to pick us up at the dock he was already ready and quick to come pick us up his breakfast was so delicious and the views where unforgettable we truly felt isolated and at home in his beautiful cabin in the woods it was a nice hike up I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who's looking to be isolated in peaceful tranquility i will definitely be returning sooner than later

Sleep with crickets and wake up with roosters, all of it with your own personal lake view from the porch. Diego and his mother are great people and have set up this cute cabin which is within walking distance from downtown San Juan and is a perfect place to disconnect from modern life BS. Special props for the super clean towels and bed linens and plenty of blankets available. Wish I booked for longer!

We are a family of 4 (1 currently living in Guatemala) and we absolutely loved this home. Note that it is a family home passed down through generations and is a bit rustic, and requires visitors to be mindful. Some features such as the windows need to be treated with care. The grounds are extraordinary and walkable. The guardian Juan José was available to help if we needed anything including shopping for our BBQ. He lit an outdoor fire and we relaxed under the stars. We made use of paddle boards and kyack. I can't say enough about how helpful Joaquin was before during and after our stay. Thank you thank you
