Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Suchitepéquez Department

The host was friendly at all times, their instructions were accurate and we thank you for having a flexible check-in.

Very nice apartment, with an extraordinary view of the lake. The whole place is very clean and worth the price paid. You just have to know that check-in is a little complicated if we don't have an internet connection because the address is not accurate and people don't necessarily know (it was dark and it was raining extra for us). So we have to print all of Johnny's advice in advance, which we hadn't completely done. For it to be perfect, it would be necessary to provide a mop also for cleaning and an extra towel. The kitchen is also quite basic, good for breakfast but otherwise we ate outside (no gas in the stove and the problem was not fixed). But despite these details, our stay was very pleasant and we would be happy to come back.

We loved our stay here! The location is great very close to the ferry. Loved the open air area! It’s close to bars/restaurants but we didn’t find it too loud. Would recommend staying here.

we loved our stay at the apartment! very spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and free drinking water. good location (great breakfast on the other side of the alley!), quiet nights and the garden is stunning. definitely recommend!

Everything was great except the air conditioning, it never cooled. It is close to campero and feels safe, it also has parking.

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

Very nice house , the stay was very comfortable and satisfactory.. we had a great time with the family, we will return again.

A perfect place to rest and share with family and friends. The photographs match perfectly with the place, everything is very clean and very good communication with the amphotrions. The best is one of the best views of the lake, I would stay again in this place without thinking about it!

Beautiful private community. The best part of the house was the pool and garden. Well maintained. The house is nice and close to the parks- had AC but we were really only home in the evenings and didn’t need to use it much. Will probably return in the future.

Excellent place, the house is beautiful gave us the necessary things to make our stay great, the location is central and safe. Miguel was attentive prior to the trip to give the necessary directions and contacts, certainly if I go to San Felipe again I would stay here again.

One of my favorite places to stay in San Pedro. Once if the most beautiful homes with so many places to hang out and enjoy. Best location in San Pedro, amazing and responsive owners, and a fully equipped and comfortable place to call home while away. Thank you for my 3rd visit and I promise I'll be back again.

A very nice, clean, spacious and tidy house, everything is very well located and equipped. The host is very nice, friendly and attentive. Excellent location for visiting the Irtra parks. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again!!
