Holiday rentals with a patio in Sucre

The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and all items are as good as new and of high quality. Cozy beds to relax. Cozy sofas invite you to spend an evening at home. It's easy to feel at home. The kitchen invites you to cook. The dishes and chairs and table are also high quality. Everything worked smoothly: check-in and check-out as well as communication with Juan Pablo and Tatiana. The location is perfect and it is still quiet. I suspect it's one of the most beautiful Airbnb apartments in Sucre. Thank you Juan Pablo and Tatiana!

I have stayed at Beatriz for 3 days and I was more than happy. I escaped from a hostel with a bad conditions and Beatriz was very flexible with my arrival. She also let me stay later than check out because I had bus almost at night. The room is very spacious and the property is basically in the centre but very quiet. Julio who is managing the property is very helpful. I recommend.

Micky was such a wonderful host! We arrived early in the morning from Uyuni and he not only allowed an early check-in, but also picked us up and took us on an early morning drive around Sucre’s city centre! We also got to join his girlfriend’s birthday party, which was so much fun! Micky is very generous and kind and we had such a wonderful time with him and his friends. His place is stylishly decked out and if you stay with him, don’t forget to check out the hamburger stand right outside his place as well as the skewers joint opposite! They’re both open only at night and great food options. Thanks Micky for making our stay in Sucre so special and memorable. Hope we have a chance to meet again!

Bhrayan takes very good care of the space and made worth the little time we stayed, this place saved us!

The house is very large has many rooms and rooms. There is a tiny patio in front of the house. The house is close to the historic center and Recoleta. There are shops nearby. The downside is a fairly small parking lot because there is already one pick up in the driveway and you have to get in the other one in our case. If you have a lot of luggage, it's optimal. The second car belongs to the family of the homeowner who lives in the house adjacent to the one we rented. You also need to move your car sometimes when the other vehicle wants to leave. The stay was short but very pleasant because the owner and his family are very helpful.

good spacious place, strategic to reach other places

Isabel and her mother are adorable, always good advice and extremely welcoming! And prepare a delicious tiger leche (Bolivian drink drinks especially during the carnival) The room is small but well equipped (fridge and kettle), which is very convenient. The electric shower is very hot. The house is very close to the terminal and about twenty minutes walking to the historic center.

We loved our stay here! Andrea was really kind, super responsive and helpful. The apartment is even cuter in person! The kitchen was good for cooking our meals, bathroom was clean, and beds were comfy. We especially loved the little courtyard and the location of the apartment was super convenient (2 ice cream shops on either corner! What’s not to love!). They were flexible with our check-in time and let us store some of our stuff a few days when we went on a hike. Highly recommend :)

Very comfortable accommodation, with access to downtown and places to eat, very clean or tidy, arrival and departure times accessible. Fabi an excellent host.

It was great! We especially liked that everything was so nice and clean. Also the beds, linens, towels, everything was perfect. We were greeted very warmly and kindly by Celia. She was always there for us throughout the stay. Always responded within 2 minutes and made sure we were well. Milton was very responsive and helpful, and even let us check in a few hours early when the apartment was ready as we arrived off a night bus. His parents live in one of the other apartments and owned a shop above the apartments and were very helpful and always on hand. The only improvement would’ve been a drying rack for the dishes as we had to lay a towel out on the counter top to let the dishes dry on. Overall a lovely stay.
