One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Attic at the foot of the Ortles - Solda

Very bright attic on the fourth floor of a small condominium, with magnificent views of the Ortles. Double room, bathroom (bathtub), living room with kitchenette. All parquet. Very clean and perfectly tidy. Ground floor room where you can leave skis and boots. There is no elevator, but you can also access it from the back door that goes directly to the third floor. The stairs are comfortable and short. Pets of any kind are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed inside the house.

2026 NEW HOT TUB – Outdoor spa (extra) Nature is what we are. Stay in the Valle di Bondo Nature Reserve, among wide meadows and green forests overlooking Lake Garda. Far from the crowds, at an altitude of 600m, but close to the beaches (only 9 km), Tremosine sul Garda offers breathtaking views, a rural culture and a lot of healthy sports. The large open spaces guarantee wonderful views of the mountains and a cool climate even in summer, as the valley is extraordinarily windy.

Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

In the entrance area, there is an open wardrobe and a bench. The bathroom features a great shower and a toilet with bidet. In the living area, there is a kitchen with essential amenities, a dining area, and a large sofa bed (180x 200 cm). In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (180x 200 cm) and an open wardrobe.
