One of the best Airbnb experiences I have had no doubt! The host is amazing and they go out of their way to make your stay at their home as comfortable and seamless as possible. They had homemade bread and a homemade quiche waiting for us! Even a hand written note inside their guest book specifically for us. They really care about the small details of sharing their home! We had a great week long stay at Brooke’s place in Park Circle!! The workspace was great when I needed to get some work done. My husband loved the walk ability/run ability of the neighborhood. Park circle very close for restaurants, bars, etc. Downtown was a quick trip down the hwy. Sullivan’s beach 25 min away - great area and restaurants. Folley js about 35-40 but worth it!! House was clean; beds were comfy! Would def recommend and stay again. Brooke was very responsive and also brought beach chairs within minutes of asking where they were! Thanks for everything !!

It was definitely in a sketchy area but when we arrived to the particular neighborhood it was a cool spot with lots of personality.

This is our third visit to this location, and this time we are here for an extended stay due to the damage caused by Hurricane Helene that prevents us from returning home. Ryan and his team consistently exceed expectations during each stay. I highly recommend any of their properties if you're planning to visit Folly Beach. They truly are the best.

it was our first trip to Folly Beach and we loved it and couldn't have asked for a better house to stay in! the location was absolutely perfect! easy walk to the beach and to the main strip with restaurants and bars. would highly recommend and we plan to go back again!

Perfect place! 10 minute walk to Kings Street and only a 35 minute walk to the Charleston Market! Convenient to restaurants and shopping! Loved having the private parking and home was in quiet neighborhood! Really enjoyed our stay!

The home and location was excellent. Port Royal is a walkable delightful town. Walk a couple of blocks along the river buff to Fish Camp, a terrific sea food restaurant t. And steps further, She’ll Ring, a brewery with the best beer in the region. Better beer than Charleston or Hilton Head breweries. Music Bingo Mondays, Trivia Tuesdays and BlueGrass Sundays. If interested in American History, the location is idea for American Revolution naval history, and the civil,war and reconstruction. Who knew the first reading of the Emancipation Proclamation was in Port Royal. And Beaufort, a lovely riverfront historic town, Pat Conroy’s home town, is a few miles away for more restaurants and horse carriage or golf cart tours or just walking along or having coffee on the charming riverfront. This is the best AirbNB we have ever been too. Will definitely return if we come back to South Carolina. Our dog (small dogs allowed) loved the fenced in yard. Wonderful neighborhood for walking dogs.

Absolutely beautiful home in a quiet area of the island. Lots of space to spread out. One of the only a handful of homes on the island with a private pool that I could find. The host is fantastic! She was extremely responsive and informative. We can’t wait to come back!

This place is amazing! Even better than advertised. It's stocked with everything you need to keep a full house entertained on vacation, and access to the beach plus IOP restaurants/grocery/coffee is perfect. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the pool every afternoon. It's also pristine - clearly Nick has taken care of this property and there were no issues with anything at the house during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very cute place with a comfortable king bed. The house was clean and we felt like it was in a safe part of town with really beautiful houses across the street. Road can be a little noisy early in the morning at the intersection, but not enough so to prevent us from staying again. We’d just bring an additional noise maker. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the driveway was big enough for our full sized truck and 16ft v-nose trailer. Only 8 min or so from park circle restaurants and about 15 min from the coliseum/convention center. Super convenient, cute, and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful as well!

Had a great stay here. Joseph messaged full instructions for check out and check in well in advance which made it super easy. Couch was very comfortable and very large so it was a great place to sleep if you have 5 people. Backyard and patio was beautiful. Was walkable to riverfront park (if you’re up for a longer walk) and park circle restaurants. Overall great location, great place, great host. No complaints

Great overall experience during our stay in Charleston. House was clean, big, and close enough to town and many things to do. The beds were super comfortable and the AC worked extremely well. The noise complaints mentioned in other reviews were not a problem for us which was a big plus. I would recommend them in the future to anyone visiting Charleston.

The house was perfect for a two week stay for our family of 5 adults, one 2 year old and a 13 year old chocolate lab. House and amenities were great, communication excellent, Kiawah Island picture perfect. Convenient to beach, shopping, neighborhood walks, Night Heron Park and the bike trails. All in all, a great house!

We had a great multi-gen family vacation at this home! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, with easy boardwalk access point. The hosts provided an impressive array of beach essentials (chairs, wagons, umbrellas & beach towels) which made our beach days even more enjoyable and stress-free. The home itself was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with extra touches that made a big difference (things like suitcase stands in the BRs, plenty of hangers, towels & blankets, and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for a large group). Loved the extra fridge for beverages. The layout was ideal for a big family or group of friends, giving us space to gather while also offering privacy when needed. The beds were super comfy! We appreciated the kid-friendly features — large splash area in pool, tons of games, high chair and portacrib for our grands. We highly recommend this property and the hosts, Marty & Andrea, who really went above & beyon

Megan's place was close to everything we wanted to do in both Mount Pleasant and Charleston! Everything was 10-18 minutes apart. The stay has two bedrooms, one bigger than the other, each with its own restroom. Downstairs has a big cozy couch with a 1/2 bathroom, a small dining room nook/table, and a kitchen. We came in April, so the pool was too cold to dip into, but it seemed like the perfect Summer amenity. Megans place is simple and cozy and we would definitely consider staying there again!

Everything was exactly described, as the reviews said the shower is small but the place was perfect for a family with 2 small kids. Having the detachable shower head helped with their age. The beach access was better than Florida beaches and we saw the sunrise on the beach several times. The kitchen was well stocked. Back yard was good for the dogs. My allergies did flare up but I’m highly allergic to animals so I expect it with dog friendly places (mine are hypoallergenic). Would stay there again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was a bonus for our morning walks on the beach with our furbaby & the fenced in back yard was perfect for giving her a space to explore. The neighborhood was beautiful & quiet. Thanks to Calvin for being a wonderful host! We definitely fell in love with the area and will be back.

Wonderful establishment . About 24 minutes from folly beach, tried the metro dinner nearby, they had a great selection of food . House was clean and well kept . Wonderful temperature and great vibes . The outside area was amazing. It was quiet and calming. Nice booked to read and even a things to do guide that helps you plan more things to go too. Wonderful host and wonderful house, would definitely book again.

Trey was great host. The house was exactly as described and well equipped. Everything was clean. The kitchen is small but suitable for number of people the place can fit. I was very expensive for what it was but i believe that is supply and demand issue. I like the not-so-usual late check-in and check out times. I did not need them this time but they woul d make great sense for most. I would stay here again but not sure i could afford it! Trey was very responsive and offered just the right amount of follow up.

We had a great stay, but should have stayed longer as five night just wasn't enough. We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood and all the nice people we met. Its a great place.

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!

Ric’s place was perfect for our Easter weekend in Charleston. The house is so cute and the location is fabulous. Close to restaurants and the beach. The backyard is awesome- great outdoor tv, firepit, grill and seating. We had a perfect stay and will definitely stay here again when we visit my family in Charleston.

The Villa was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The ocean is just a few minutes drive, and despite the holiday weekend the beaches were pleasantly un-crowded. Margaret gave us precise instructions that helped make the visit flawless. Our puppy loved it too! We are very satisfied with our stay and hope to return.
