From our house, there are several beautiful hiking possibilities, including to a waterfall. You can also enjoy our garden or your own balcony. Additional 3p room booking is possible.

Each room has windows and underfloor heating. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase (2nd floor)

The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

You have 2 bedrooms with the possibility of adding a cot. There are also 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Your HOLIDAY is waiting for YOU!

Our house is right on the edge of the forest in idyllic tranquility, but is super connected. Bike path as well as the cross-country trail are right at the property. "Smaragdbahn" Wildkogel is 5 minutes' reach. Studio is located at the bottom part of the house with separate entrance and directly attached carport. Your ski or bikes will also fit in there. We have set up our lovingly furnished mini apartment mainly for our family visit and rent out the periods in between.

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.

From the hall you enter the bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski area with ski boot dryers and the sauna and summer the bikes can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.
