In an idyllic location, the apartment is 900 meters away, surrounded by picturesque nature, a 5 minute walk from the Rottachsee, in front of the imposing backdrop of the beginning "2000s" mountains. On the balcony, they enjoy the view of the hills and mountains of the Allgäu Voralpenland. Our house is located in a quiet location in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment is ideal for 2 people (maximum 4 people) and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is located on the garden floor and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Shopping is very close. Infants also cost us 5€ per night. This fee is additionally due upon a reservation and will be charged by us by changing the reservation.

A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
