Maison Laurel, stone luxury villa near Split

Few centuries old stone villa located in a picturesque village Gata, on mountain Mosor. Sea is few km away, so it is possible to enjoy both mountain and beach. House is newly renovated, and because of COVID-19, has not been booked before season 2021. In front of the house, there is big yard with private pool, all gated. The outdoor area offers deck chairs, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Owner doesn't live on the property.

Umendula is a cozy apartment located on the second floor of our guest house. It stands out for its unique design and beautiful terrace from where you can enjoy spectacular sea views. It consists of a kitchen with a dinning room, one bedroom, one bathroom and a terrace. It has private entrance.
