Below the house/50m is the sea. The restaurant is above and below the house as well as beautiful beaches. Gypsum, pebbles or concrete, it depends on your wishes. We are on the east side of the island of Brač. If you decide to book this accommodation, the easiest transport is by ferry Makarska-Sumaartin (tickets should be purchased online and the exact time of the reservation should be respected).

Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!
