This fairytale cottage is a peaceful refuge with a stunning view, at the top of Világosvár (Bright Castle) hill. It sits on a large private property, full of fruit trees, gardens, and a forest with easy access to several hiking trails, and a 20 minute drive to Lake Balaton.

Sümeg is located at the southwestern foot of Bakony, about 20 km from Lake Balaton. Our fully renovated apartments await our guests. It is about 1 km from the city center of Sümeg. It has a closed courtyard. The nearby city swimming pool, tennis court, sports court and fitness room offer various recreational facilities. There is a bakery and grocery store nearby. The train station is 5 minutes on foot. From the terrace in the evening there is a beautiful illuminated Sümeg. Spoken languages: english, german

Wonderful view, a tiny vineyard by the forest. On the terrace next to your morning coffee you can see Lake Balaton, Sümeg Castle and the Alps. When you wake up in the morning, a thousand birds say good morning.
