The property is situated right at the base of Peak 8. We stayed at the end of the season, so the property had very few guests making it a very peaceful stay. The unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. It was nice to have humidifiers in each bedroom and the steam shower in the master bath was amazing. The host was great at sending proactive messages with very helpful information. Check-in and Check-out were a piece of cake. While not a reflection on the unit in any way, one thing to be aware of during ski season is that the groomers run during the night hours, which can be a bit noisy and they have bright lights. Light sleepers should plan ahead for noise. The blinds were sufficient to keep the light out if adjusted properly. Great place, would visit again!

Place is fantastic and I stay in winter park 5-7 times a year. The location was great. Right in the middle of town so you could walk to most of the best restaurants. There are beautiful views of the river. Great pool and hot tub. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The host was very easy to communicate with. The price was very reasonable. This would be my go to out of anywhere I have stayed there so far.

We loved the location. Secluded, quiet but close to a lot. The registration portal required by the management company does not function well and was quite frustrating and not ideal. Everything beyond that poor experience exceeded our expectations.

This place was perfect. The location was a quick drive to the resort to ski. We walked to restaurants and shops within 5 to 10 min. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. (including our 3 teenagers) We enjoyed cooking meals and all hanging in the large kitchen area after skiing. It was very quiet and we never heard our neighbors. There are a lot of stairs but it didn’t bother us at all. They had everything provided which was a huge plus. We usually have to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags at airbnbs, but this place had plenty for the week we stayed. I can’t wait to come back and would 100% stay here again.

Triplex location is right in town of Winter Park, with access to Lift Bus across street, and restaurants & other businesses one needs on holiday within 5 minutes. Triplex is in excellent shape and the hot tub and roof area are fantastic. Triplex is extremely comfortable for the 5 people we had for 8 nights and extremely well outfitted for cooking, playing games, reading book, watching TV or just relaxing. Excellent indoor garage that fit our 2 cars. Management company was outstanding in their communication & response to any inquires we had and was quick to solve. We would highly recommend this unit and we look forward to returning again.

Great property! We traveled with multiple couples and kids, and everyone had a real bed to sleep in and bathroom to use. Main level was great for hanging out on and the hot tub is conveniently located on the patio. So nice not having to go to a community room to use. Loved the location in the center of town. This made it easy to walk everywhere from bowling to shopping and many different dinner options. We will diffidently consider staying here again if we make our way back to Winter Park!

The place was comfortable, in a great location, and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The garage is extremely narrow and the alleyway leading to it is also narrow, which makes it difficult to get in and out of the garage. We were just barely able to fit our Toyota Highlander with about 2” on either side of the mirrors, and you can’t really open the car doors when you’re in the garage. I would keep this in mind if you have a larger car! There were parking spots available in the complex parking lot.

We enjoyed our stay in the basement of this shared condo. It felt private and comfortable, and all of the folks there in cluding Tim were friendly and kept the kitchen well cleaned. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after some hard ski days at Keystone which is only 20 minutes away. Breck is about 8 minutes away, closer if parking at the gondola. I wish there was a bit more space for food, but understand that's part of the setup. I didn't look closely at the listing and actually thought it was a full place, but it all worked out great. Tim was friendly, communicative, and allowed for a later checkout, and it was lovely to get a chance to park in garage (nor guaranteed).

The view was stunning and our group happily fit in the home. I would stay here again! Easy drive to town, near the shuttle stop, and having a garage was helpful.

This condo was simply amazing. Beautiful inside and out, spotless/exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen (even freshly ground coffee!), heated garage, etc. You simply can't ask for more from a ski condo. Winter Park ski resort is just 5 minutes away, and if need be, the shuttle stop is right outside the condo. And the hot tub on the rook was simply amazing - the view of the ski mountain were beautiful, and it was so nice to relax in the tub after a long day of skiing. We would absolutely stay here again - we loved it!

We loved our stay with our family of 4! Great accommodations, big and well appointed kitchen and living area, and two big bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy walk to town and quick drive to mountains, and the pool / hot tub after a day of skiing could not be beat. Also, great communication with PMI Breck.

I can't say enough about our stay at Claire's place in Breck! The design and cleanliness of the unit was immaculate, the location was second-to-none, and everything about our stay was incredibly comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and Claire was more than responsive throughout. The condo is beautiful with tons of natural light flooding in from a multitude of windows framing Breckenridge's Peaks 9 and 8. Design is open and modern with more than enough space for our family of four. The kitchen is nicely appointed and the perfect gathering space. The living room with its soft leather couches was 'the' spot to wind down after a day of skiing. Bathrooms retain the clean, modern feel. And as for the bedrooms, I've never slept so well. The location couldn't be more perfect just steps (and I mean steps) from the Peak 9 base lift – it brings true meaning to 'ski-in-ski-out'. Lots of great restaurants and bars are within a few minute's walk. A true gem, and a wonderful host!

The unit was great. It is definitely one of the premier units at One Ski Hill Place in terms of the view of the hill that is afforded by the unit. It is uniquely positioned in a corner of the building that allows you to see multiple different directions from the living room. The unit is in great shape, everything was clean, and getting into our room was pain free thanks to very clear and detailed directions from Scott. On site underground parking is also highly available with lots of spots and easy to access via an automatic garage door activated with your key card. If you are driving in via your own vehicle, it's a huge feature particularly at a major ski resort where parking can sometimes be a chore. Here, we were able to park in the garage and take an elevator directly up to our floor making coming and going a breeze. We would definitely stay here again if there was availability on our next trip.

If anyone asks me how to maximize Breck skiing, especially with kids, I will always say “Crystal Peak Lodge.” Ski-in/Ski-out places are mostly a farce, but not this place. We rented skis, got on a lift within literal feet of our back door. The ski lockers make it incredible to get ready without the stereotypical burning up with all the jackets on, and to drop the wet skis and boots without having to take any of it to your condo. What a dream. Daniel’s place was awesome. Two full bedrooms, and with a cool loft perfect for any kids who like a cool space. That loft is above the second bedroom’s bed (creatively), so if you want privacy for someone in that second bedroom, you may need other accommodations. For us, it worked great. Awesome place. Would stay there again in a minute. Having your car in the parking garage, and the placement of the condo meant we could come and go without making many steps. Ha!

Location was absolutely perfect!!!! Walking distance to the lift, ski school, and lots of restaurants and shopping places. The view was amazing! Lots of fun amenities on property too. We will stay here again. The only downside was not having control of your own temperature thermostat, but there was a portable air conditioner (kinda big and bulky but it worked) or opening the windows and one of them was broken. Other than those minor things it was perfect!!!!

Rick’s place was amazing! It was very convenient to everything, a true ski in/ski out location. We loved the designated parking space in garage and the close proximity to all the restaurants! Highly recommend !!

Myself and my two kids as well as my sister and her daughter all loved the place. The location is great. Very easy to walk downtown and access all of the restaurants and shops. We utilized the nearby grocery store for small things or drive to the larger supermarket by the gondola lot for other items. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and there were even some spices and condiments in the fridge. We bought our own coffee on our way into town but the unit has Kirkland grounds which was great for the drip or for the K cup filter provided. Filtered water in the sink but we also brought a five gallon jug of water and put in the fridge. Spacious storage in the bedrooms kept our mess to a minimum. Lovely building and great spot!
