Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sunday River

I would absolutely stay here again! The check-in process was smooth, and Michael was incredibly flexible and responsive to any questions we had. The directions to the property were clear and easy to follow. Although we didn't cook while we were there, the place had everthing you would need to host. The house comfortably accommodated all six of us for the night, and since the weather was beautiful, we spent much of our time enjoying the stunning backyard. The entire setup was absolutely perfect—couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home for a week of skiing and adventuring during winter vacation! Everything we could have needed was provided and then some. The hosts were very helpful, communicative and made our stay absolutely seamless. Would definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Everything was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The hot tub was great. Be aware that it is in full view of neighbors so bathing suits required! Tim was a great communicator!

We spent a lovely few days at this property enjoying the winter weather at its finest. The house is close to everything but still felt private and cozy. A great choice for families!

I was very fortunate to find Sean’s place and luckily it was available. It is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in Conway, NH along the Saco River. My daughter got married this weekend and I had booked a Airbnb in Fryeburg, ME over 8 months ago. Unfortunately, there were new owners and the place was not as advertised. I had to scramble and found Sean’s listing and received a response within minutes and I will be forever thankful. I am a host and a renter on Airbnb and I understand the value of making sure that the Airbnb experience is wonderful for both the host and guest. I was so impressed with Sean’s place and how much it made you feel at home 🏠. His place had everything you needed to have wonderful experience. It is host like Sean that makes Airbnb very special experience. My one regret is that I wished I had stay a few more days relaxing by the fire 🔥 pit. Highly recommend Sean’s place.

We were a family multigenerational group. We all found the home extremely comfortable with lots of sunlight, beautifully designed use of space and tasteful decor. All ages 6 months to 72 years enjoyed the home! The hosts were responsive and helpful!

Overall, the impressions are positive, however, I would like to note that during the preparation process and during the rental, we received three detailed instructions and found another one in printed form about how we should use the house and how and in what order to prepare the house for moving out. In my opinion, this is too much. Live free or die is not supported option :)

We had the best family vacation experience. Jeffery was kind and responsive! We feel really lucky to have found this home! It felt safe and was extremely clean!

We had a great late October stay for our honeymoon. The cabin was definitely warm enough for the 30 degree temperatures. Hot tub was amazing, that was clean as well. The outdoor kitchen was very convenient, even when it rains the kitchen is still covered. We had an amazing stay, will be visiting again!

Fantastic stay! If it’s available book it! Stayed with our 4 kids, plenty of towels, maxing kitchen setup friendly & helpful hosts!!! House is also setup for kids with nightlights, baby gates plastic dishes just for them. Hikes out the back door. Just awesome!

My wife and I had an amazing time! We were looking to relax for a few days and this was the place! The peaceful environment and welcoming house made it very easy to unwind and escape from our busy lives. Lisa was also very responsive whenever we had any questions!

We just had a wonderful ladie's weekend at Christy's place! We lucked out and got a bit of snow, so the cabin was the perfect cozy spot to spend the weekend with a fire and a puzzle! The hot tub was an extra added bonus! Beds were all very comfortable and living room was super cozy. Very easy ride to downtown for restaurants and shopping for a bit. Would definitely recommend!

The cabin is a perfect place to rest after spending time exploring the local area. It is so cozy, and feels like a home instead of a rental.

This was a great stay, near many activities and restaurants. The view of the mountain was beautiful and the house was a perfect base for excursions. Carly was an excellent host and provided a wealth of useful information on things to do and see. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Phenomenal stay at this adorable cabin on the river! We had one issue pop up and Abbey resolved it immediately. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Daniel’s cabin with a group of six (plus two pups!) for our annual family ski trip, and couldn’t be happier with our choice! The cabin is clean and comfortable and we had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and we really appreciated the large mudroom for storing our ski gear. The hot tub was a great perk, too! We would definitely book again in the future.
