Perfect for summer! Sauna, and you have the outdoor area inc pool - ALL to yourself! Centrally located, completely newly renovated guest house with no/minimal visibility from the main house/neighbors near Stockholm. Free parking. Suitable for a couple, perhaps with 1 small child or a max 2 people if you use the sofa bed (120 cm). Calm and quiet. Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. A room with cooking possibilities. fridge, , kettle, microwave and utensils. Bed 120 cm wide. Bedding for two. Walking distance to STRAWBERRY ARENA. Shower and Toilet just inside the front door to the main building about 10 meters. we have sun and between 18 and 25 degrees now for a few weeks to come. Close to shops and subway directly into Stockholm city center. Recreation area, running track 5 minute walk.

Perfekt hus (15m2) på sjötomt för dig som jobbar, studerar i Stockholm city eller norr om stan, älskar natur, lugn och skärgårdsliv. Huset ligger på den bilfria ön Tranholmen i Danderyd, en ö med bro nu (from 1 november-15 april) och SL-färja (8 min) ToR tunnelbanan "Ropsten". You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
