The washer and dryer are in the garage if you have a longer stay. The backyard has plenty of room to cook some steaks and enjoy the beautiful evenings and star filled skies. There is a large parking area for trailers and RVs if you are here for an event at The Mallet.

The Little House

This unique gem you will be staying in holds my heart. This little guest home was built primarily by me, and I'm excited to open the doors for your visit. This is a studio home; the bed, living area, eating area, and kitchen all share the same space. I love the bathroom, primarily for its large bath tub. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

This home is located directly across the street from a large park with jogging trail. It is, literally, within 2 min of Texas Tech University. It has one large new sofa, new appliances, 65’ tv in two of the rooms and the living room, a 32’ tv in the dining room area. Plenty of closet and dresser space and new floors and carpet and washer and dryer. Extremely close to the United Spirit Arena, and Jones Stadium and 1 min from UMC. Decent sized backyard, with driveway parking.

There's plenty of parking on the premises for horse trailers or multiple cars. If you love animals we have plenty who want to love you back!

Corrals available for those with horses for an additional charge of $10 per horse, per night. The corrals have water available and a small shed. Payment for corrals would be done through Airbnb as an added charge.
