The place was absolutely magical! A major win for this price. The living room was very cozy, the view from every window was touchingly beautiful. Mountains everywhere. We felt very comfortable. However, there is little shopping nearby in the area. But that was no problem because we were shopping before and also a small joker can be reached. Maria was very friendly and described everything well and uncomplicatedly. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Fjærdland.

The house is located in an exceptional setting. We were very generously hosted by Lars who we thank very much for his responsiveness and hospitality. We were able to enjoy the pool table, boat and hot tub. Everything was perfect! The nearby shops are also a real plus. We hope to be back, as we had a time out. Thanks for everything!

What a beautiful peaceful place tucked into the wild. Exactly as described! The fjord road and driveway were very narrow but easy to navigate. The space was clean and roomy. Toilet and shower in the same area, utilizing the tiny space. Beds super comfy! Had to message host as we didn't have wifi, there is a button to activate it by the couch we missed. Host was super quick to response! There were some games, books and everything you would need. Amazing water view. Highly recommend!

Our favourite place in Norway! The drive all the way into the valley for this beautiful place was definitely worth it! The valley is magical and the house is the perfect home in such a picturesque surrounding. Well equipped kitchen and a good size house was definitely a plus. Definitely recommended !

We stayed at this place with our family with 3 children for 4 nights. We were immediately impressed by the fantastic view and the very cozy house. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are fine, the living room is very cozy. The first day we took a nice walk to the opposite mountain and met a flock of sheep there. The days after it rained a lot, but we had plenty of books and board games with us. Even in rainy weather, the view never gets bored. The instructions to get to the house are very clear, as well as to switch on gas and electricity. No downsides! Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 days in the beautiful houses of Kristine. The location is super nice. It is far off from any tourist. You have to drive about 20 minutes by car to shop, but we wanted that too. The river right next to the property is beautiful. After 5 days, you also have to say that it's a bit noisy if you want to sit outside. nevertheless, we were very happy with the space.

This was our first camping experience and we were not disappointed! Berthe exudes incredible positive energy and is very cheerful, it was very nice to chat with her. Regarding the accommodation, the cabin was exactly as described and the common areas are very clean and well maintained. We were delighted to stay there and will gladly go back if we get the chance.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this cabin. The cabin is located by a quite busy road (by Norwegian standards! quiet by most standards), but is well insulated from noise and has great views. Access is easy and there is plenty of hiking to do nearby. The cabin itself is very well kept, extremely clean and cosey. We would have happily stayed there longer! Highly recommend.

Wow Wow Wow, What a view !! Fresh snow on arrival followed by bright blues sky’s . Siv was a terrific host shuttling us to & fro from the airport & even stopped at the local shop so we could buy some groceries ( which weren’t half as expensive as I was expecting ) . Once inside the cosy bird box we found our breakfast basket with home made deliciously which we had pre ordered & can highly recommend. The bed was heavenly & that view ❤️ OMG !!Making it extremely hard to leave … I think 2-3 days in the bird box is just right to fully unwind . Thank you Siv & Norway, We had a super birthday weekend . Best wishes Duncan & Deb’s

We had an unforgettable month in this lovely home. The layout, the equipment, the decoration , the hospitality everything is excellent . The view is a permanent sight of the Fjörd and the snowy mountains,which you dominate ,whatever the hours of the day and weather. You are located in a strategic place to visit this very pretty part of Norway with the wise advice of Bjorg and Inge. Thanks again ,we will definitely be back. Mimi and Marcel

A fantastic house just by the fjord, very well kept with excellent views. However you will need a car to get to the house as it is out of the city centre but it is really worth the drive to the house to chill out for a few days. The house is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen and a large veranda that overlooks the fjord. Amazing place & I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is visiting Forde. Thank you Eli for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Borrowed Helga's apartment for a weekend in connection with Volleyball NM. The apartment was as described. Helga was flexible and helpful in regard to check in and check out. We stayed in Venke's apartment for only one night but it was an amazing experience - apartment itself is beautiful, modern, stylish and premium with an amazing view outside. You find there everything you need and even more! Perfect for relaxation after an exhausting sightseeing day! We never met Venke in person but she was always very kind and supportive, left us a detailed information on check in, always responding very quickly.
