This is a great house built from Granite from Grandfather mountain. There has been an addition of a 500 sf Great room that is fantastic. Nice open Living and Dining area with fireplace. There is a large unfinished basement with laundry and a garage. Sits on an acre lot on a curve overlooking the mountainside with a lot of privacy. Located just a few miles from ASU campus. Yes, we are open after the hurricane. The loft is separate from our house, privacy assured. Enjoy our friendly chickens, walk in our gardens. This lovely new, super cozy 400 sq ft cabin with one bedroom plus loft (queen beds) sleeps 4 people comfortably. Lovingly adorned with my mosaic artwork, “Kirsten’s Cabin” is located less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Boone and is centrally located to many High Country attractions. The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided. There's parking options for different types of vehicles available.

The Loft is a 800 SQFT Rustic Urban Design with 1 Bedroom 1 Bath has an open floor plan, Large windows throughout the home with breath taking views of the Mountains and trees surrounding the Property. The Back Porch is totally private with a Sectional Sofa to enjoy the evening breeze or to watch the sunset. Back in side we have a full Kitchen with all amenties of home, Dining Room, Living room with plenty of space to relax and watch TV, And a large Bedroom with adjoining Bathroom.

Blowing Rock Tiny House

Nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains only ten minutes from both downtown Boone, Blowing Rock, App Ski, and Blue Ridge Parkway hiking, this fully-equipped tiny house on wheels is a great spot for vacation or an extended stay in the Appalachians. Note: this is a tiny house. It is 8' x 26'. It is very comfortable for up to two people (maybe three if the third is a very small child).
