Beachfront holiday rentals in Sunset Key

Loved our stay here! Very private pool and the tiki bar/outside ice maker, was amazing. The house was clean and comfortable with the most comfortable beds ever! The only down side was the location for boating. The dock was excellent and the trip to the 7 mile bridge to fish was conveniently close, however, to do any ocean boating or fishing, the distance thru the sailboat/houseboat harbor was long and we encountered some not so friendly types through there. Over all, to stay and enjoy the privacy of the canal and pool, this was top notch!!!

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

Loved the house and the location. It was right on the water, which was beautiful. Coco Plum was immediately responsive when any questions were asked. Definitely would book through them again.

My husband and I had such a relaxing time staying here! We felt like we were having a mini adventure, but still had all the essentials we needed. We saw manatees, dolphins, and tarpon. And we fished off the back dock at night. It was so beautiful how clear the skies were from the view of this house boat, we saw so many stars. We’ll be back again and I’m already sending the link to friends who were asking about our stay!

Our family of 8 stayed for a week and found the accommodations absolutely perfect. The beds were comfortable and clean. I loved the ceiling fans and feeling the ocean breeze through the sliding screen door at night. Plenty of closet space to unpack and the outdoor living area was a dream. We played shuffleboard and grilled out a lot. Excellent lounge chairs made stargazing a delight. Great shower pressure and plenty of towels provided. Washer and dryer worked well, as did all of the kitchen appliances. Only 3 out of the 4 bikes were useable; one of them needs a tune up; handlebars were loose and made riding unsafe. Be warned there are no bike helmets. We didn’t use the paddle boards or kayaks because it was a very windy week and the current was strong but they looked to be in good repair and there were multiple life jackets and water shoes and pool noodles available. Loved the pool and beach access at the clubhouse!

The house was really nice, clean and a real home away from home. It accommodated my family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was located on a canal where we were able to enjoy the manatees and pelicans. It was centrally located and only a short distance from the beaches, snorkeling, wind surfing and excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay again if we visit the keys

This was hands-down one of my all-time favorite AirBnB stays! Brad was awesome. Super helpful with instructions, came by and chatted with us and showed us all the little details about the boat, gave great local recommendations in Key West, and overall was such a unique pleasure to hang on a houseboat for the weekend. Got to see manatees right off the boat, took his kayaks for a spin, and enjoyed every second of our time! CANNOT recommend Brad's boat highly enough. Will definitely be back!

I must say, in many years w/ Airbnb, this host is the best & helped us through an absolute nightmare issue that had nothing to do with their happy location. We were checking out of this place on time and preparing to depart for our next Airbnb adventure in another town, and we received last minute notice that a pipe had busted in our next town's location. We messaged this host in emergency mode to say the least. They extended our stay for several hours w/ no charge, offered places for us to stay, if need be, and did not charge us a penny extra. They called us, walked us through the issues, even though the issues had nothing to do with their home---they helped so much. Simply put, excellent human beings here. The cottage was clean, we were met with happy smiles, snacks in the fridge (thanks for the key lime tarts)! This location is awesome! Booking with this group is like buying extra insurance for your stay, at no extra cost, because as noted, they are gracious and kind people.

We have enjoyed our time! The pool was excellent and the back yard very private, which was wonderful! Close walk to the beach and near walking paths. Had to drive to restaurants, but plenty of options w/in 10 min. Living space great, beds comfy. Floaties and kayaks in the garage, we used both. Caught some fish off the back canal, we even ate some! Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. He was always very responsive and took care of anything we needed. Might be coming back another time in the future.

This Air BnB has many positive highlights! It is a beautiful home with everything you would need for a vacation house. The house is located in a great spot to get to many different food areas and activities! We had the best view of ocean. From the moment I booked Nick was very helpful for everything we needed, he was incredibly responsive! Thank you for making this trip memorable!

We all loved the house. Plenty of space, the outdoor patios were a daily hangout, the views were great, what's not to love. The maintenance of the house itself was excellent and it didn't feel like a "rental". Well decorated, not worn down, a bathroom for everyone, it was great. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth from town which was very easy and barely a ten minute drive. We did have a small issue with the pool while there, which apparently is very unusual. It is Key West so it took a few days to get the parts needed. However, Javier was always easy to reach and while he did eventually fix it it was his 'out of the box' thinking and communication on everything that was superbly professional. I understand he manages several properties and we would gladly stay at any of them. With an AirBNB, if something goes wrong and you're far from home all you have to rely on is the owner/manager and you are in excellent hands with Javier. A++ on customer service

Highly recommend anyone to stay here! The house is clean, well stocked, cozy, and quiet. The view is absolutely amazing! Sitting on the porch was our favorite way to start the day. Everyone was very friendly too.

We had a wonderful time at Neptune’s Penthouse. The view was just beautiful from both the condo and the pool area. It was an easy Uber ride - always quickly available - and even easier to travel in a golf cart. Bath towels were nice and cushy and the bed was comfortable.

Wonderful and cost efficient. Well maintained. Easy access to the waterways with the dock for our rented boat. Amenities of kayaks and bikes were a plus. Beautiful outdoor setting. We will be booking again!

Bonnie was a nice, responsive host and even brought us additional kayaks to use. We had a great stay!

Absolutely loved our stay! Such a beautiful home and the location is just perfect. Thank you so much for providing the right amount of necessities needed for the time we stayed. Lots to do, loved the recommendations of coffee shops and restaurants and other things to do. Was so relaxing sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful scenery. We even caught a rainbow and was able to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral, super cool! Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home with us and allowing us to make great memories. First time visiting and will definitely be back! Loved the welcome surprise gift too!

The stay experience exceeded our expectations. The only recommendation would be to have a listing of recommended restaurants, beaches, boat rental places, etc to go see in both Marathon and key west. We visited key west and found out afterwards where we should have gone.

This was a great place to stay in marathon. It was close to lots of different activities. We were close to key west.

Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Accommodations were excellent. Weather was excellent! Warm balmy breezes most days kept humidity down. Lots to do, explored the keys from Islamorada down to Key West, caught the sunset. Spotted deer on Big Pine Key. A very fine month long vacation. Thank you Jeanene.

Giselle and Javier were awesome with communication, they gave us a ton of recommendations for food and we tried out almost all of them. Some of the best food we’d ever had and a lot of them were within walking distance of the house! The house was perfect, light, clean, and modern. We were able to catch fish off the dock and even saw a few manatees come through. Probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in overall!!

This house was perfect for my family of 5. We where all very comfortable and had plenty of space! The kitchen had everything we needed. The waterfront lot across from the house was peaceful and had a wonderful area for the kids! The backyard was my favorite!

This air bnb fit us perfectly!! Warm and welcoming. Made us feel right at home! There were snacks and cold drinks waiting for us. So much thought was put into making us feel welcome and safe. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely vacation there again!

We had a great stay here, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Kids loved fishing off the dock - although the boat ramp was unavailable, we were able to use the ramp at the marina down the block ($30 each drop). Hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful when we had a question. Wed definitely stay here again next time in Marathon.
